A Chi-Blocker can easily take down a bender with Paralyze
Paralyze is a chiblocking ability that stops the opponent's bending in its tracks. While it may be difficult to get close enough to a bender to accomplish this, if it is executed results are guarenteed.
A recommended follow-up for this attack is Rapid-Punch. With the two moves one can cause immense damage.
